My Story
Every two hours, someone in the UK will sustain a spinal cord injury. It could be as the result of an illness or something as simple as falling down the stairs. Spinal cord injury can affect anyone at any time. It could affect you.
Back Up understand that spinal cord injury can be devastating, but believe it shouldn’t stop anyone from getting the most out of life. All of Back Up's services are designed and delivered by people affected by spinal cord injury who’ve been there and can understand the challenges faced.
I will be taking part in Back Up's London to Paris cycle ride from Friday 26th to Monday 29th September 2025. Over 3 days I will cycle 450km - please sponsor me to help transform the lives of people with a spinal cord injury.
